LE DÉJEUNER SUR L’HERBE (2026)

Le Déjeuner sur l’Herbe is an Extra Muros exhibition (08/05/2026 – 30/06/2026) that moves from the city into the rural landscape. Antwerp galleries shift their ground and take position at the 17th-century castle Hof d’Intere in Wechelderzande, which becomes the exhibition floor. The city enters nature.

L’INCONTRO (2025)

L’Incontro, Italian for “the encounter”, brings together two photographers: Hilde Daem and Mau Chi (Maurizio Chiocchetti). Their images emerge from different sensibilities — one grounded, the other elusive — yet meet in a shared search for how we perceive the world around us.

Mauchi’s first anthological exhibition covering works from 1996 to 2016, curated by Elisabetta Rizzuto. Photography as a visual gesture — a wei wu wei — exploring the Heisenberg Principle of Indeterminacy through black and white imagery.
