What we collect. This site has no contact forms, accounts or comments, so it does not collect personal data you type in. The only processing is statistical analysis of visits with Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Limited), which runs only if you click Accept on the banner. Until then no analytics cookie is set and your browser does not contact Google. With your consent Google Analytics records pseudonymous data: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, language, and an identifier stored in a cookie. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled.

mauchi_consent (first party, technical, 180 days): remembers your choice.
_ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics, only after consent, up to 2 years): tell visitors apart and keep session state.

Legal basis. Your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code). Declining has no effect on how you can use the site.

Recipients and transfers. Data is processed by Google, which may transfer it outside the EU, including to the United States, under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. The site is hosted by SiteGround, which keeps technical server logs. Details: policies.google.com/privacy.

Retention. Analytics data is kept for the period set in the Analytics property, not longer than 14 months.

Your rights. You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to maurizio.chiocchetti@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
